Individual psychotherapy is a deeply personal and tailored experience, uniquely designed to address your specific needs and concerns. Through the therapeutic relationship, we work together to explore self-discovery, find areas for empowerment, enhance connection to self and others, and make positive changes that align with your values. I prioritize creating a safe space where you can openly express your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.

Through KAP, individuals are able to experience shifts in mood, enhanced emotional processing, and personal growth through setting intentions, engagement in immersive medicine sessions, and integration psychotherapy sessions which focus on bridging new insights and feelings into daily life.
KAP combines the introspection and reflection of psychotherapy with the neurobiological effects of ketamine to enhance self-awareness, emotional exploration, and facilitate potentially transformative insights.
Additionally, KAP offers space to explore existential concepts, healing rituals, and ceremonial practices to offer containment and meaning to one’s healing journey.
This treatment is offered in conjunction with a psychiatric provider. In my practice, I require 6-8 weeks of psychotherapy in preparation for KAP for those who are not already part of my practice. I also incorporate integration therapy sessions 24 hours following each KAP session. Typically, KAP medicine sessions are offered in a series of 1-2x per week for 2-8 weeks, depending on the treatment issue and protocol.

I offer collaborative art therapy supervision for recent graduates and new professionals in the field who are working towards their ATR or seeking space for exploration of their art therapy practice and professional identity.
